Term 1 - Environmental Sustainability
During term 1 we will focus on basic geography literacy skills: The understanding of human and natural systems, geographic reasoning, and systematic decision-making. This is a foundation building term -- learning foundational and fundamental vocabulary and ideas that will be used throughout the rest of the school year (and throughout students' lives).

UN Sustainable Development GoalsOn September 25th 2015, countries adopted a set of goals to end poverty, protect the planet, and ensure prosperity for all as part of a new sustainable development agenda. Each goal has specific targets to be achieved over the next 15 years.
